What expatDB does now
expatDB collects, checks, and organizes public Shenzhen event information in English. It keeps dates, places, prices, organizers, and attendance routes distinct so missing information stays honestly missing.
Why it matters
Meeting people and building a life abroad should not depend on already knowing the right group. Better discovery can make a large city feel more navigable without turning private communities into public data.
What comes later
Once the event foundation is useful and reliable, expatDB can add more community tools, practical topics, and cities. The roadmap explains the sequence without promising unsupported dates.
